    Getting back to the Old Oliver

    Here's my first attempt of segmented bowl. Walnut 10.5" dia.Walnut seg.jpg
    Plant a tree, help it grow, children need something to climb.

    Real nice. I've been looking at it for several minutes to determine the best use. The envelope ,please! "Man's end of day pocket contents holder!" It's luxury size allows some wood to show even when holding wallet,keys,and change.

    Mind telling us, ( me ) how you did the round piece in the bottom ? Did you segment around the piece or add it after the segments were joined ?

    Thanks to one and all for your comments. Allan, sometimes I feel like a nut. Mel, I just might do that, now I just spread them out on the dresser. Chris, thank for the compliment.
