Where to buy partial sheets of quarter sawn white oak ply?

I am working on a project that requires about 1/2 sheet of QSWO (5mm).
I would like to avoid having to buy a full sheet at approx. $95.
An internet supplier would be convenient.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Try calling local shops. You'd be surprised how much junk cabinet shops get stuck with and horde away. We literally sometimes run jobs with under 50% yield on sheet goods. Selling half sheets of top shelf ply is probably not something most suppliers care to get into.

And think of the cost to ship a half sheet of plywood. Don't think you are going to use Amazon prime here...
    NOW you tell me...

Might be a good idea to call around to local high grade lumber places - we have one here that will cut anything. They have a bin full of half sheets of stuff. Makes sense for them; there are lots of folks who need just a small amount and wouldn't buy a whole sheet of expensive stuff just to have much of it taking up storage space in their shop. I wouldn't expect many outfits would like to ship something like that however. Good luck.
