BEHR Water Proofing Sealer, Finish and Stabilizer (Redwood & Red Cedar)
Does anyone know what the shelf life is?
Also, if you know of a great site that would help me figure out what to save, throw out and what has to be disposed of by my city it would be greatly appreciated.

No idea on shelf life - a quick call to HD might get an answer.
In terms of disposal, at least in our City anything like this is Hazardous Waste and must be put in bags provided by the Trash contractors for separate collection. All free but you do need to call them
