Just a quickie to publicly acknowledge great customer service.
During our transition from a twenty five year old shop dust extraction system, we acquired a couple of roll-around DC's. After building separators (a la Thein) the fine dust, which was previously pulled to the outside, became an issue. We decided to go with pleated filter cartridges. I contacted Wynn Environmental, and Rick was quite helpful in the final design and acquisition of the filters(Kudo number one). Alas, two of the cartridges arrived looking like they had been dragged behind the delivery truck. One call to CS had replacement cartridges on the way. These folks really did go the extra mile to help out and will get my business in the future.
