I stopped using wood about 2 years ago. There are many vinyl post systems that are easier to work with, do not rot, can be painted, and will last forever without maintenance.

I own an HP Latex. Where can you find one for $13,000 because I will buy another one?
Also you cannot print T-shirt material on an HP. The heat is too high and it will not work. You need a...

It is called thermography. You put a powder over the offset ink while it is still wet then it goes through an oven system to dry and rise. Not worth getting into unless your are doing massive...

Is there type and is it converted to outlines?
What is your document size in relation to your output size?
Are you sending direct from illustrator or using a cuter RIP?
I agree with Bill - having done accounts like this in the past it usually heads down one of two roads. They have a short time need or project and it makes sense to outsource rather then buy the...
We use the same machine. I hated to do cut projects for the longest time using the Roland software. We switched to Wasatch Rip last year and what a difference in cutting. You can place items...
I tried cutting some but had a problem with it melting back together before I could get it out of the laser.
We use the laser to make shaped business cards and decided to make a new card for us on it. people love them and they are cost effective. Look for Duplex cover papers, they tend to work the best.
I do the show every other year in Orlando. It is a huge show with a lot of vendors. Last years show was way down on attendance so I am not sure how this year will be given what is going on. They...
if you are a sign maker you can order the letters through Gemini. We make ours with a laser but I wouldn't attempt it with a router. Save yourself the headache.
We use clean air systems Duster 2000. Works for both our laser and solvent printers. These units are not cheap. I would look into the laser manufacturers recommendation. I have seen some of these...
We give pens as gives to our customers almost every year. I have found that almost every Cross pen I have tried excluding their chrome models lasers very well. The red pens I did this year when...
I agree with Rodne, we do parts and items like flasks all the time. You cannot get this stuff off with a light touch. If lasered properly the mark will only come off with the metal and will stand...
If you want to save yourself headaches purchase Suitcase. Being on a mac I have used font management tools for almost 20 years. Fonts are the biggest cause of crashes and conflicts on computers. ...
we have done it and it looks great. Get some practice material first because settings are very important. If you go too deep you will cut right through.
Save your files out of CS4 as Illustrator 8 EPS files and you will not have any issues.
Not quite what I was looking for, Jacob seems to be on the right track. This link is similar to what I am looking for.

I need a vector graphic of the classic lady bending over in the garden sign.
I have looked all over an cannot find one.
Thank you

I would use either PVC or Sign foam. Both are weatherproof and can be painted and finished easily. Then just apply the letters and your are done.
Your paper method will work as long as this no moisture where the signs are going. Typically you laminated and put adhesive backing on all in one step on a laminator then just peel and stick. Or...
We use Loctite Power Grab. Comes in a pressurized can. Quick shot in the hold and it holds well. Bonds quickly.
