There is a carrier which makes it easier to apply lasertape, after applying remove carrier and laser.

Rub and buff works good, also Lasersketch sell a white color fill that works great

I just talked with them a little while ago

I have found medium hot water works better than chemicals.
I have the same problem with Blue/White.

ASI and/or PPAI are really for items that are already embellished. You can buy blanks from most suppliers but the pricing wont really be wholesale.
JDS, MARCO, and Laserbits are just a few options...
