Euro guides are able to rotate,but barely or briefly do as they are not in constant contact.

I know I can get something from SAC,those ones are fixed,I'm wanting to know about ceramic euros that rotate in the usual way euros do.

Is this happening while it is untooled?
Is it a manually adjusted speed system ie. you have to shift the drive belt from pulley to pulley?

When you did a dry fit prior to gluing did all the mating surfaces fit well and did you oppose each jointed face,and did you clean the biscuit slots and faces?

The bostik products are both dry types and flash off almost immediately, and yes on blades needs repeated applications.

I have a laguna but also a larger,older saw with euro guides a bit worse for wear which I want to upgrade or repair.

Material being compressed onto the blade and tyres by the bearing type guides effectively crowning the tyres causing it to track....maybe.

I note that there are euroguides with ceramic facings. Apparently these rotate as euro guides ordinarily do.
Other stuff I have read suggests that NO they shouldn't rotate.
Maybe it doesn't matter...

I'm often using partially seasoned DF and other unseasoned species and note there is some build up in the gullets.
I also have concerns about any effects on the tyres....

I use Bostik Blade coat on my circular saws and moulding heads.
And Glide coat on tool beds.
Was using my newly functional bandsaw today ripping just under 14" so tried a bit of blade coat on it....

You can probably get the motor rewound/rebuilt.
May or may not be cost effective...

All the curved lams have been exterior,all are mechanically fixed in place and have had water thin epoxy sealant followed by a four coat paint process.

The "dime trick" is clearance to allow the waste to clear as it cuts.

I have used gallons of this for many laminated curves and many other glue ups in an array of dimensions primarily for external non structural applications.
And it's waterproof....

You really have to consider what your use will be.
I use an 18v 61/2" Makita extensively for 2x framing work and general construction.
Limitations are that it only cuts just over 2".It's brushless...

Watch the level of suction,it can lead to excessive sanding marks.
Less so with abranet.
Festool has adjustment for suction level,not sure about the others.

The issue with the tyres threw me out as the manual said to always track the teeth off the front edge,other info said euro saws always have level tyres.
