Here is what I did:
The chuck requires the use of good two faced tape and a scrap block of wood. I used 1 1/4" thick by 2 1/2" square scrap.

I checked with Bill Noble and he indicated it "could" be a little on the weak side with the 1/4 hp motor if you had much leakage around your chuck. He did think it would work though.
