bit different engrave as its a reflection from the plate under the glass
really odd as the fiber laser will not etch the glass but reflects off what's under the glass and not reversed
so if you elevated the glass off the work area nothing would show up, I placed a piece of 1/4 aluminum and focused on the plate
and it engraved an image but in black you can also get it in grey
I tried all metals except stainless and nothing worked like the aluminum and it does mark the base so you have to sand that off each time
or it ruins the engrave
